This awesome trio of young innovative minds came together developed an innovative Braille chessboard to make chess accessible to visually impaired individuals.
They were motivated by personal experience and aimed to address the high cost and difficulties of existing Braille chessboards.
The team followed a structured innovation process, conducted extensive research, and created prototypes.
The final product features a vertical design with magnetic pieces, distinguishing black and white squares, and three levels of gameplay to help players of varying skill levels.
They tested the product at a school for the blind, received positive feedback, and plan to sell their products online.
